It is with a heavy heart that I tell you that the Legislative Database is suspending operations. This was my second startup, and it was -- and is -- a great idea and we had a great team. The problem is that some money that was promised was not delivered.
I'm actually limited in what I can say because we are in litigation. I'm suing Eon Business and 316 Group because they didn't honor the contract that we had. I wish I didn't have to sue, but I was left with little other choice. I may be able to comment on it from time to time here.
So, now my job will be managing the litigation, a job I hope doesn't last very long. And I'll have some other things going on and I will be much more serious about this blog, trying to pay special attention to topics that may be related to my next adventure.
So if you haven't already, please sign up using the box at the top right of this page, and we'll see you on the Internet!
UPDATE: The Denver Business Journal called me today, and I confirmed what's going on.

Scott, I just saw the news. Sorry to hear about it. I hope it all gets resolved quickly.
